« The condo was great, the Wyndham Staff excellent. I would not book through Expedia again. They passed the reservation to VRBO, who then funneled it off to KOALA. At no point was the reservation correctly put in my name, which caused check in to be a needlessly prolonged process of Expedia blaming VRBO, VRBO blaming KOALA, KOALA blaming Wyndham, who had nothing to do with the processing of the reservation and thankfully solved the issue. Condo was great, super convenient to downtown Newport. »
