« Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window. »

« Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav. »

« Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious rooms that fit 4 adults comfortably. Excellent buffet breakfast and lagoon pool was divine. »

« Excellent service. Clean and beautiful property. Plenty of activities to do. »

« Super endroit!!!

« Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« Très bon séjour balnéaire. Plage propre et sure en cette saison. Cher le samedi soir »

« Great experience ~ very unique! Worth a try for something out of the ordinary with excellent hospitality! »

« Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area. »
