« I can best describe the unit as comfortable loft apartment. It's basically a mother-in-law suite above a free-standing garage about 50 feet or so from the main house. The owners could not possibly be nicer or more accommodating. They are responsive when you have questions, and proactively offer to help with whatever you need, but they otherwise respect your space. « The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. « Location location location. Only one block from the beautiful Forsyth park fountain. On site parking so we left our car there for our entire stay. We felt safe walking everywhere. About a 20-25 minute walk to the river. The accommodations were perfect - clean and welcoming. The property manager even supplied with us with something that we needed within 15 minutes - from his own supply! We will absolutely book this place in the future. »
