Great location. However, Wifi was unavailable and not fixed in spite of reporting. Property is tired and needs updating especially bathroom. Grubby sofa & easy chairs. Clean otherwise. Door handle broken off.

Perfect for our needs
Lovely property that was just right for our requirements - two adults, one child and a dog as temporary stopping point while visiting friends. It was a warm, light property with great views and in close, walking proximity to Reeth and endless amounts of stunning walks. We had a small issue with the washing machine due to the cold and ice but that was dealt with promptly. The only other thing I would say is that the lane that the property exits onto is much busier than we were expecting and the vehicles did not drive with any care or expectation that there may be people walking on the lane or coming out of the cottage so it pays to be aware of that if renting the cottage, especially with dogs or children. Overall a good experience and we'd recommend the cottage with the provisos above.
