The space
Enjoy the Old Town atmosphere with 21st-century comfort – the apartment and common areas were renovated in 2023.

Bedroom: separate bedroom with an especially comfortable mattress and blackout shades.

Living room & kitchen: 55` Smart TV, dining area, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Bathroom: shower, bidet, washing machine and dryer.

Also included: balcony, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), laptop-friendly workspace, iron and portable fans.

Please note: the apartment is on the 4th floor (Latvian numbering) and there is no lift.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Contactless self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival. 4th floor, no lift.

The neighbourhood
Although the Old Town is known for its nightlife, Mucenieku iela is a narrow, pedestrian-only street that stays very quiet. Walking times:

Getting around
Everything in the Old Town is within walking distance. The Central Station and the international bus station are about a 7-minute walk, and trams and trolleybuses stop at Aspazijas bulvāris around the corner. Paid parking lots are available just outside the Old Town zone.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Nearest garage: Europark Jēkaba Arkāde, Z. A. Meierovica bulvāris 8 (approx. 7 min walk), open 24/7 – approx. €3.60 per hour, €25 per 24 hours, €199 for 28 days (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app or at the machine. Old Town street parking (city zone R): €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.

Good to know
Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.

• The apartment is about 50 m² on the 4th floor (3 floors above street level).
• There is no elevator in the building – stairs only.
• Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested – we confirm on the day if cleaning allows.
• Arriving after midnight? Your booking must start on the previous date (e.g. for a 01:00 arrival on 12 May, book from 11 May).
• Safety: smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the apartment.
• Provided: fresh bed linen, 1 towel per guest (no beach towels), shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner. Umbrellas are not provided.
• Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. No smoking and no parties; quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
• No luggage storage in the apartment before check-in or after check-out – KeepMyBag luggage storage in Riga Old Town is a paid option.
• Want to stay longer? Extensions are possible if the apartment is free – extra nights are booked as a new reservation.
• Local tourist tax (where applicable) is paid at check-in.
• Accessibility: there are steps at the entrance – the apartment is not step-free.
