Queen-size bed (160x200) with blackout curtains, 32` Smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette, walk-in shower and washing machine. Elevator; limited free parking (not guaranteed). A smart, comfortable base for solo travellers and couples – great for longer stays too.

The space
A thoughtfully designed studio where every inch has been put to good use – high-quality furniture and a smart layout make it feel airy and organised.

Sleep: premium queen-size bed (160x200) and high-quality blackout curtains.

Kitchen: electric stove, fridge with freezer, kettle and a full set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided.

Relax & work: 32` Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a dining table that doubles as a workspace.

Bathroom: walk-in shower and washing machine. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

Storage: a spacious wardrobe.

Guest access
You`ll have the entire studio to yourself, including the kitchen, bathroom and Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator, and free parking nearby is limited (not guaranteed). Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
Grīziņkalns is a green, residential district on the edge of Riga`s centre, known for its historic wooden architecture. Grīziņkalns Park is nearby, the street is calm, and supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are within a short walk.

Getting around
Public transport: several tram, trolleybus and bus stops are within a few minutes` walk, with direct connections to the city centre and the Old Town.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga; a ride to the centre usually costs around 5 EUR.

Parking: free parking is limited and not guaranteed.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building; please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Parking: no private parking. Street parking around the building: city zone D – €1 for the first hour, €1.50 for each next hour, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00; free in the evening, at night, on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
