A great and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and a spacious living room, suitable for accommodating several guests for several nights. The apartment is located in a good location, not far from the Old Town, just 20 minutes walk along the Daugava embankment. By tram you will get to the Old Town in just 5 minutes. There are two SPA centers next to the apartment, which you can use to improve your well-being. Near is the Riga Central Market, where you can have a delicious meal.

The space
A large, bright apartment for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

Bedrooms: three separate bedrooms with blackout shades.

Living room: spacious living area with Smart TV, cable TV, books and a dining area.

Kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and baking sheet.

Bathroom: bathtub and washing machine.

Also included: balcony with city views, very fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps), a laptop-friendly workspace, iron and ironing board.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Contactless self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival. Paid parking is available on the premises.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is close to the Daugava embankment and the famous Riga Central Market, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Two spa centres are right next door, and the Old Town is a pleasant 20-minute walk along the river.

Getting around
Tram: the Old Town is just 5 minutes away by tram.

On foot: about 20 minutes along the Daugava embankment.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga.

Parking: paid parking on the premises.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking, no parties and no pets. Please keep noise down in the evenings – it`s a residential building.

Parking: no private parking. Nearest car park: Snabb Lastādijas kvartāls, Lastādijas iela 9 – €1.50 per hour, €6 per day, €79 per month (no weekly rate); pay in the Snabb app or at the machine. Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
