Casa Liana-Villa 2/ /steps to Sandy Beach!

Enjoy a stylish experience at Casa Liana, just steps to Rincón's famous Sandy Beach! Brand new construction (2026), modern and spacious with 2 separate villas (2 bdrm, 2 bath each) and a huge rooftop area. Drink your morning coffee, spot whales, watch the sun set or catch a tan with drink in hand.

Each villa sleeps 5 with 2 king size beds and a futon. If you have a larger group (up to 10), rent both! Villa 1 is on the lower level and Villa 2 the upper level creating privacy between them. The house has a covered carport area on the ground floor so you can park in the shade which makes villa 1 on the second level and villa 2 on the third level (both require stairs). The rooftop is a common area with loungers. Be comfortable! Each villa is super spacious with modern tropical decor and new furnishings, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi and AC in all bedrooms and living areas. Kitchens are fully equipped and ready for you to cook in, but eating out is also an easy option due to Casa Liana's unbeatable location!

Conveniently located in the popular Sandy Beach area of Rincón, you can grab a coffee, have breakfast, lunch and dinner at any of the many walkable local restaurants. All guests receive our digital welcome book with local recommendations upon booking including bars/restaurants, gift shops, excursions and more.
