« We had a nice stay in the Lily Pad! The kids loved running around through the maze of doors. It was fun to have the deck out over the water. We all slept comfortably. It is right next to the highway and that made me a little nervous with my little kids so I made sure I was very aware of where they were. »

« The accommodations were comfortable for our group of 6! The house was clean & had all that was needed to host our fishing event. Beautiful view of the cypress trees & our charter was able to pick us up at the house! The owner was very responsive through the booking process to address my questions. Overall great experience & would definitely stay again! »

« We loved staying here! There are 2 houses on the property, the main house with multiple units, and the house we stayed in that was completely separate and had 3 bedrooms. There was a common courtyard area with multiple seating areas and it has an artistic vibe. At night the lighting in the courtyard is beautiful. The house was clean and had everything you need for a stay. The whole property is fenced and gated including the parking which was great as well. The neighborhood was a nice...

« Bon accueil, très bien placé, logement plus que correct, spacieux et très bien équipé (notamment en linge). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôtesse mais aussi le jardin à l'arrière qui permet de prendre les repas dehors. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. »

« Had a great time at this property. We did not spend that much time inside due to it being a great location in the heart of the French Quarter. We were able to hang out late and easily walk back when needed. The host was very welcoming and invested in our stay. Would highly recommend if you plan on partying on Bourbon St. or the French Quarter! »

« The location is 20 min from downtown attraction. You can easily walk. The hotel room had a very bad smell et was very humid. There was plenty of ants on the floor in our room located on the 5th floor. We had not spare towels for 1 week and no cleaning is provided. The nice point is they provide coffee for free. We had the intention of cooking on the roof but the BBQ was not functioning very well. The tank was empty and we had to find out ourselves where to find it. At dawn on the rooftop you...

« Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. »

« Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for everything! »

« We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again. »

"Bel hôtel collé au quartier français, à proximité des principales attractions ou du transport pour celles-ci, incluant le terminal des croisières. Excellent service et belles chambres. Superbe bar au 11 étage avec vue sur le Mississippi et musiciens à l’occasion. Peu être bruyant lors de festivals dans le parc en face (French Quarter Festival), le long du fleuve."
