« The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved. »

« Bed sheets rough material, AC not working properly, hair dryer was hanging on back of bathroom door when I took it out couldn’t use since someone had smashed it and taped it back together. Also ask for receipt and was told it would come from Expedia . Pillow’s very comfortable. »

« Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! »

« I was really impressed with the quality of the room, cleanliness and the little extras. I was greeted by a smiling face who took the time to show me the room. A handwritten note welcoming me was on the counter, along with chocolate chip cookies and 2 complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The robes provided were comfortable and so soft and decor was very retro with black and white photos of stars from the past. The complimentary breakfast looked amazing and I regret not...

« Parking was fine. I was booked in a room that only had one key and I was told to make sure I returned it. They did not explain that the lock on the room door was defective and on returning to my room Saturday evening I was locked out. Staff had to calla locksmith who had to break in the room. I was told that I could get a cart to put behind the door because it might not lock back. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who would not take any responsibility for the situation although I had asked...
