« Apartment was clean, down to earth (literally, lol...semi-basement apartment, but totally comfortable and plenty of air and light), both furnished and kitchen stocked with the basics, neighborhood was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Considering the sketchy reviews of hotels in the area and that the only dependable one was the Holiday Inn (which charges *Chicago* rates), this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended! »

« We have stayed at White Pines cabins for many years and love it. We especially go during the week and in the off-season - we practically have it all to ourselves. The meals at the lodge are always plentiful and delicious (we bought a whole peach cobbler to take home, it was so good!). The beds are comfortable, the gas fireplace makes it very cozy. « The most adorable, cozy house! 3 college friends stayed for a weekend! The beds are so AMAZING we all want to order the mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. The house is in a great location and just minutes from the downtown area where there are cute shops and restaurants!
