„Vorweg, das Hotel kann ich ohne weiteres empfehlen, nur den Mann am Empfang nicht, wer 15 Minuten braucht, um mir den Schlüssel für das Zimmer zu geben und immer sagt, die Kreditkarte wird abgelehnt und mir am Bildschirm Karten zeigt, die mir nicht gehören, ist völlig unfähig und eine Entschuldigung ist auch nicht über seine Lippen gekommen.“

„Everybody from the staff to other guests were pleasant. This a really cool hotel. The decor reminds me of being back home in Montana. The only complaint I have is they, really need to do something with the parking lot. There is so much ice on it, cars are having a hard time moving and I’d I really hate for someone to fall.“

„Danie, the front desk clerk, was fantastic!! The location was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. This hotel is across the parking lot from the airport so I expected some noise. If I didn’t see the airport from my room, I wouldn’t have known it was there at all. Breakfast could have used some help. It’s a standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast so not terrible but not great“

„Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back ...
