It is very rural, sits on a large grassed empty lot on the water with a nice dock. There is no washer/dryer, the kitchen is in a separate room but is very well done and stocked, it has an additional separate bathroom in addition to the one bedroom area. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house.
