« Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company...

« The house, kitchen, bedrooms and grounds were in excellent condition. We had my son,his wife and 4 grandchildren. It was really great that we could have the kids downstairs. There is nothing that needed improvement. We will be going back next year. PS the hosts are wonderful to rent from! »

« The house was nice. Very disappointed about the bunkhouse, when we first came there were ants all over the downstairs from leftover food and the upstairs air conditioner didn't work at all. Every time I reached out about getting it fixed I just kept getting the run around (maintenance is coming but never does). The bunkhouse was the main reason I booked this property and we couldn't even use it. Very disappointing. »
