„Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. „Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! “
