„Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time.“

„Stayed 3 nights. All nights no wi-fi (was included). First night no TV (poor reception anyway). 2 nights no coffee-maker (they couldn't find one that works). Always put off. Nothing happened. No manager on duty all days. Sent an email for a compensation. No reply. It seems that they only administrate this hotel (confirmed by a hotel employee). It's a pity as overall it's not a bad hotel. I have chosen it several times a year but never again.“

For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable “
