Lamento que no se sintiera cómodo con los cojines, pero podría haber pedido a otros que le hubiéramos dado otro tipo de almohada que hubiera sido bueno para su bienestar, creo que ahora es una costumbre hablar de hoteles después de que él se haya ido, también porque si su queja fue tan simple de resolver, estuvo tres noches durmiendo mal y esto es lamentable porque todos nuestros clientes dicen que duermen bien, por seguridad, no es como dicen después de cierta hora, la recepcionista no está en el conserje pero alojado en el hotel. Por su propio bien, le aconsejo que diga en el hotel cuando algo está mal porque tratarán de resolver el problema y hacer que su estadía sea más placentera. saludos cordiales
