Perfekte Unterkunft
Perfektes Check-In, perfekt gelegene und unterhaltene Location. Alles da was es braucht. Allan, der Verantwortliche für den Check In ist freundlich und ein absoluter Profi. Einziger kleiner Vermutstropfen sind die Schlösser an den Eingangstüren. Die sind nicht so einfach zu öffnen. Wenn es überhaupt etwas nicht so Positives zu bemerken gibt, dann ist es das. Die sollte IN Ordnung gebracht werden, dann geht es wirklich nicht mehr besser. Was wir besonders geschätzt haben in der Organisation , war die superschnelle und professionelle Kommunikation mit Morena. Jede Frage wurde unmittelbar und klar beantwortet und wir fanden alles genau so vor wie abgemacht. Grosses Kino. Ganz herzlichen Dank. Raphi und seine 13 Freunde aus Zürich.

Perfect Large Rome Apartment
The apartment is just as advertised and pictured. It was perfect for our 14 person family group that had a wonderful time in Rome over Christmas and New Years. The location couldn't be better - a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and the surrounding shopping area, 10 minutes to the Borghese Gardens, 6 minutes to the Barberini subway station, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. A grocery store is 3 blocks down the street and numerous restaurants are in the vicinity. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We particularly liked that all 7 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. We hired a chef to cook all but 2 of our dinners during our 10 night stay and that was not a problem. The kitchen was large and well equipped enough to handle food preparation and we loved hanging around the common area chatting over a glass or two of wine and eating hors d'oeuvres followed by a communal three course dinner. I enthusiastically recommend the apartment.

Amazing Experience
Wonderfully clean, spacious and inviting. Fit all 14 of us easily with a great/family room that was comfortable and the perfect gathering space/central point. Pictures are accurate and everyone remarked several times how clean it was. Location is great, owner communication easy and property manager was so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating! We’d love to stay here as a large group again!

Fabulous stay
The apartment was perfect for me, my four kids and spouses, and 6 grandkids. It was just as depicted in the photos and we loved the location. We could walk to almost every site we wanted to visit, there were many good restaurants, the Villa Borghese park had a great kids area, and the food market was only a few blocks. We would definitely start there again!

Well located large apartment in Rome
Excellent location, good communication with Allan, the man who showed us the details of the apartment upon our arrival, and with the agent for the property. She was also helpful in suggesting restaurants, tours and with arranging for transportation for our large group. I understand that recently the apartment has been rented out consistently, leaving little time for maintenance. Our only complaint is that a number of the sinks and showers do not drain well. This maintenance issue needs to be addressed consistently, if at all possible.

Thank you Lori for your review and i'm happy that You have enjoyed Your stay. The drains of the showers have a siphon, which is a kind of filter that collects the hair, to avoid clogging of the pipes. Once the hair is removed, the water flows well. Thanks.

"Casual Elegance" in the Center of Rome
This is the second time I've stayed here with a group of friends, most of whom attended high school at the Overseas School of Rome in the 1960's. It's a great place for a large group with its seven bedrooms and attached baths, plus one extra bathroom. The spaciousness of the apartment lends itself to larger gatherings, and this time we hosted two for other old friends. The apartment is all white, accented with some beautiful art reprints, so it feels very airy and fresh. Its location just off Via Veneto and near Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps makes its very convenient to get just about anywhere in Rome. There's a well-stocked Coop grocery store just 3 blocks away. There were a few issues with lights and water, but Morena was very prompt in sending Allan and then Pasquale out to fix things. One thing people should know is that the dryer doesn't like to dry clothes, so we relied on the fold-out clothes rack. Other than that, this is a fabulous place, with a very responsive and helpful host in Morena!

We had a wonderful week in Rome with 10 people. The apartment was exactly what we had needed. Ensuite bathrooms were very nice for adult couples. The location was ideal walking distance to everything (sites , park, market and restaurants) The building was secure and clean and the support was more than adequate.

Francesco was wonderful - very helpful in organizing our booking, transport requests, and always with quick responses to questions and emails. Allan (person who met us onsite) was also excellent - very responsive and quick to address questions that we had during our stay. However...as for the apartment...it is in serious need of repairs/renovation. All of the furniture, especially in the living room, is old and quite dirty. This is readily visible because all of it is in white. There are multiple areas of the chairs and sofas which are scratched and broken, and have either been left in this state or covered with duct tape! Also, the first bedroom on the right, the shower liner is broken towards the bottom, causing the shower to leak. In the second bedroom on the right, in the bathroom, the flushing mechanism on the wall intermittently pops off when flushing the toilet. In the third bathroom on the right, the sink drains very slowly. There is also a smell of sulfur from the toilet. There is also a sound of intermittent running water (maybe from the toilet or the pipes?) which makes it hard to sleep at night. Even though there is a safe in every room, only one is accessible with a key. Also, we could not call the elevator from the second floor. It did get repaired and worked for one day, but then the same issue occurred for the remainder of the trip. The apartment is in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Again, Francesco and Allan were great. But the apartment needs an overhaul!

Thank You Jade for Your feedback. Actually the furnitures are not so old, since the apartment has been renovated about 5 years ago with new furnitures. Anyway we will check and replace some chairs and one sofa that previous guests have probably damaged. If You had told us earlier that the shower seal had come off in the first bathroom, we would have immediately had it fixed, as well as the dripping toilet drain ( that was what caused the noise in the bathroom). The bad smell in the 3rd bathroom was due to the shower drain being partially clogged with hair and therefore the water was not going down. After your report these small problems that can happen, having been the house always occupied from March onwards, were immediately fixed. The safes can all be closed and opened with the key. However, the presence of a safe is indicated in the description of the apartment, not 7, so we will remove the others as soon as the house will be free for a few days. The elevator has been fixed after You reported the malfunction. We look forward to hosting you again in the future so that you can have a better memory.

Great spot with lots of space!
We spent four fun days with extended family in the heart of Rome. Alan who checked us in was great and gave us all the information we needed and more; the management was in touch with us even helping us with car service from the airport to the unit. There are seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths so everyone had their own lovely space. The washer and dryer were very useful! The kitchen had everything we needed for snacks and drinks in between walking around all day. The AC was a nice reprieve from the hot Rome summer weather. We were able to roll out of the building grab coffee and food right on our block and walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi fountain, and a nice longer walk to the Colesium. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend it for larger groups traveling together. There is also a taxi stop two blocks away which was ver helpful!

Our party of eight ( and later 10) had a wonderful stay at this spotless well appointed apartment. Tons of room, so we were not on top of each other. It is a very well run apartment with a great team. Morea was fabulous and helped us book multiple car service rides (From and to airports etc... for multiple people) Allan was terrific. He texted me while still in the states to review arrival time etc.. He met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know. He too is a lovely person! The location is fantastic, we only got into taxis a few times...mostly walked. We never ate in the apartment because the variety of restaurants within a few blocks is outstanding. It also was surprisingly quiet. It was also a very secure building. Perfect stay! Highly recommend. Written by a traveller with extremely high standards.

Balboa doesn't disappoint....loved it!
Our family of 14 including 7 grandchildren recently stayed at this beautiful property. Each room is exactly as pictured online.. Completely equipped with all you need for your stay, comfortable beds, beautiful large windows, and perfect location! We were able to walk to Colloseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain easily, and took morning walks in Borghesi Gardens right around the block. Great restaurants within walking distance that accommodated our large party even without a reservation. Kids were ages 16-8 years and they loved every minute at the apartment. Plenty of room for all to be comfortable. Would highly recommend this property for a large group without hesitation!
