Positive: very clean. Good communication with Marco. Cons: You have to pay a late check in fee of 30€, which is absolutely unreasonable. The cleaning lady was very rude. She just enters the room without asking or knocking on the door. On my last day, she came into my room three four times starting from 08:15 am, whereas my check-out was at 11. This is absolutely unacceptable. Otherwise, the room was absolutely clean and the location very great.

Stressiger Aufenthalt
Das Zimmer war neu restauriert, geräumig mit Doppelbett und sehr sauber! Leider war die Rezeption nie besetzt und ich hatte Probleme mit schlecht funktionierender Hausschlüssel und TV Anschluß! Positiv fand ich das Coupon System zum gratis Frühstück in ein sehr gutes Bar-Restaurant in der Nähe mit Gelegenheit für ein Skonto für Mittag und Abendessen!😊Trotzdem würde ich diesen Hotel, aufgrund o.g. Schwierigkeiten nie wieder buchen!😐

Salve, essendo un B&B la reception non è fissa ma è disponibile tutto il giorno, le chiavi sono tutte funzionanti.La TV ho mandato una persona a sistemarla, ma purtroppo ci può stare un problema del genere dato il tempo che c’è stato questa settimana a Roma.Grazie

Ich habe mich in dem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist hervorragend, es gibt eine Regendusche, einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, sehr praktisch für den morgendlichen Kaffee. Das Zimmer ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Das italienische Frühstück (Croissant und Kaffee) bekommt man in einem Restaurant, dass in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Einziger Nachteil: es ist leider sehr laut.

Ich stand mit Gepäck vor verschlossener Tür. Der Rezeptionist war nicht willens eine Minute vor 17:30 zur Schlüsselübergabe zu erscheinen! Das hätte man in aller Deutlichkeit vorher vermitteln müssen. Sehr ärgerlich!! Es handelt sich um eine ehemalige Wohnung deren 3 Zimmer vermietet werden. Es gibt somit keinen dauerhaften Empfang. Das Zimmer ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Dusche ist recht klein, aber zweckmäßig. Die Lautstärke von draußen läßt sich nicht ignorieren. Die Gegend in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Bahnhofs ist nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend. Sieht man davon ab ist das Zimmer sehr angenehm. Nur an der Kommunikation und am Service hapert es!

As a solo traveller who can't get a good night's sleep on a single bed, this place was a heaven. Double bed, quiet and private. The room is in a building of private flats right next to Roma Termini. Airport shuttle bus stops almost in front of via Ratazzi so it's less than a minute walk. You need to arrange your arrival time with the owner so he can be there to welcome you. There are two buttons for Buonanotte at the door. If one doesn't work, press another. The owner won't come downstairs, but will unlock the door remotely. I kinda missed the click sound so ended up ringing multiple times. If you don't arrange your arrival time you might end up having to call and wait until he arrives which can be a while as Roma is busy. I thought the breakfast option was an ideal way of experiencing Roma. You get coupons for hot beverage and cornetto of your choice. Nothing screams Italian breakfast than cappuccino and cornetto. The breakfast is in Santa Maria Osteria on the road parallel to Termini, a few minutes walk from Buonanotte. You also get discounts for lunch and dinner there with the same coupon. I think it's the perfect place to have breakfast but practice your Italian, guys who work in the mornings know very little English and tend to only speak Italian. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. Roma center is at the walking distance. If you enjoy exploring and walking don't buy any tickets for any buses. There's something beautiful almost around every corner.

Very close to Rome Terminal and Metro, great food at terminal. We picked this BnB because check in time is early, we checked in 11am. But check out 9am. Room Verde, very large room, comfortable bed and clean room. Free breakfast at Santa Maria nearby BnB.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. There were no problems with the room. The person who received us for check-in was not friendly, but he did accommodate our request to separate the bed into 2 twin beds. I knew we would be near the train station and that was convenient for transportation, but being near the station meant being surrounded by homeless people and the smells were very unpleasant.

Un lugar agradable, una habitación grande y cómoda. Está cerca a los medios de transporte, pero sí hay un poco de ruido porque se ubica en las avenidas. La persona encargada nos atendió bien, me hubiera gustado que el check in sea más temprano. Mejoraria el mantenimiento del edificio, sobretodo por el ascensor. Volvería a hospedarme.

I loved my stay at this property. It's very good value for money. It's super close to the central train station which is convenient. For that reason, the area may feel a little unsafe at night but just be streetwise and you will be fine. The property owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. The facilities are very good for the price paid. If I am back in Rome (there is a big possibility) I will not hesitate to stay here. With a few improvements, which I already mentioned to the owner, I will be very happy to easily give this property 5/5.

Shower ran out of hot water while showering, so you need to take a quick shower. Person who checked me in (the owner?), didn’t give me the WiFi password when I checked in, and I just caught him before he left to ask him for it. He seemed really put out by the whole check-in process.

La chambre était propre, grande et équipée de manière suffisante pour les 3 nuits passées. Heureusement qu'il y a la clim pour survivre à la chaleur de Rome (mais impossible de dormir avec la nuit car très bruyante). Point négatif, le petit déjeuner qu'il faut aller prendre dans un restaurant à 200 m où on vous propose simplement un café et un croissant. Pour ma part, j'avais acheté de quoi déjeuner dans ma chambre car absolument pas pratique en terme de gestion du temps d'aller déjeuner dans la rue à côté.

This B&B is perfectly located for the main station and all major tourist attractions. Tricky to find as entered through large Italian doors with only a tiny name for the bell. The accommodation gives you a real taste of living like an Italian. Spacious room and good views of the surrounding streets. Takeaway breakfast included from down the street was very tasty (choice of pastry and coffee). You must either stand at the bar or takeaway. Only negative was the breakfast provider was not very friendly. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
