Great location, center of the center of Rome. Check in was really easy and really appreciated Raoni’s advice and recommendations. Close to great food and attractions like the pantheon and piazza Navona. Probably only down side is the construction that starts at 6am every morning and the drunken crowd noise that goes till about 3am but just get a good white noise app and you’ll be fine. Would stay again and loved the layout. Great patios.

The property was fantastic, multiple terraces was lovely and as the last stop on a many city trip in southern Europe was a really well equipped place to stay. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, etc you could want to make food, the place felt like a home for a few nights.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything you’d want to see over the course of a few days. The recommendations on restaurants from the property manager were excellent. It really was a great way to end our European Holiday.

Great central location was perfect for our family to see all the major sites around Rome. Host was super helpful at checkin to make suggestions and show us around the property. Place is comfortable with great little outdoor balconies.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location was great for seeing all the usual sites in Rome. Parthenon is five minute walk with nice restaurants for night time right in front. The cons to this location is you absolutely need noise canceling device as it can be brutal noise level all night long due to a club around the corner that closes around 4-5am. It was impossible to sleep with singing and loud talking even with windows closed. If we’d had a white noise machine this might have been ok. Also be aware it is many flights of stairs so if you have mobility issue you may not like this location.

The apartment was perfect for our Rome visit. The location was walkable to everything on our activity wish list -Pantheon, Trastevere, Jewish ghetto and Colosseum. Lots of food options close by. The description on vrbo site was very accurate. I recommend.

First let’s start with the many positives of this place. It looks just like the pictures. The main positive is the location. If you are a walker, even a hesitant one, you can walk to everywhere. The. Colosseum is 20 min. And pantheon is 2 min. Trevi Fountain 8 min. Just some examples. The location is surrounded by many good Italian Restaurants and some groceries as well. We never used the kitchen to cook. Great pasta, pizza, and sandwiches are everywhere. Who wants to cook. Lots of small shops and lots of shopping at the Spanish Steps area. There are stairs to the unit but they are gently sloped and easy to get your bags up. The owner arranged transportation to and from the airport. Super nice touch. It was ver hot in Rome when I was there. The main floor bed room doesn’t have an air conditioner in it but if you use the fan and close the kitchen door the room cools. Upstairs room air works well but keep dressing room door closed for maximin cooling. All and all I would stay here again and recommend it to all groups.

Overall a fantastic experience, the host was extremely helpful with the check in process and provided suggestions for where to go nearby. The location is top notch, within walking distance to all of our sightseeing destinations and plenty of good dining options.

Really had a wonderful stay at this property. It's large and very comfortable. AC units were awesome, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and functional. Kitchen was a nice size, and the 2 balconies were really nice to have when we just wanted to relax at home after a long day of walking but still be outside. The upstairs shower ceiling is super short, but still usable. Also, there's quite a bit of street noise that starts pretty early in the morning, so if you want a quiet morning you may not get it here. But overall - really great stay, and would recommend and stay again!

Amazing location in the middle of Rome. We could walk to everything and Pantheon is just around the corner. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need. The outdoor space is great, but could definitely need a touch up with some fresh plants and cleaning. If you want to stay in the middle of Rome surrounded by everything- don’t hesitate to book.

Cute/quaint place, just as described. Should probably give 2-3 stars overall but I don’t really believe in that. Here’s why, the map on Vrbo is not accurate. If you use it to walk to the location you will end up many blocks away. That is not ideal and tiring in Roma’s heat. The largest issue, and not the owners fault, is the night time noise! Our first night was a Friday (expected), but I swear every night the noise from below the apartment was amplified into the lower bedroom window. Some form of noise insulation needs to happen or a warning should be posted on VRBO to those who don’t plan on joining the festivities!!! A/C worked well but the single fan needs some attention as it hits the fan guard randomly, making quite a racket. We were able to manipulate it against the door frame to stop it. Again, overall we were satisfied but by no means impressed. Host was responsive, kind, helpful and the location for Trevi and Pantheon is hard to beat!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect! So close to everything! I would advise that the shower water get scalding HOT, so just be careful. And the upstairs shower is more of a bath tub with a wand, not a stand up shower. The outside deck is lovely and the beds were comfortable

The location is fine except it is directly across the narrow street from a steel fabricating shop. At 7 in the morning the steel scrap gets thrown into a truck and sometimes the workers are screaming at each other. The lower bedroom faces the street and its crazy loud in this room. The unit was not supplied very well, two rolls of TP? If you can deal with the noise, rent this place, its very nice.

The booking and check in process were easy. Our host, Loredana, took the time to meet us and orient us with the apartment. She even provided us with information on where to eat and shop. The apartment is clean, large, and beautiful. The location is just 2 blocks south of the Pantheon and just right in the middle of all the action. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice flat, but the dishwasher didn't work at all and had mold in it so clearly hadn't worked for some time. The property manager did not respond to my request for compensation for this. I go to Rome frequently and it has a very competitive property market. There is no need to rent a flat that does not provide the facilities as advertised and paid for - in my view this is simply not good enough. For this reason, I would not rent this apartment again.

This apartment was SO much better than a hotel. We had two bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and two balconies. It really makes you feel as if you're a resident of Rome for a few days and not just a tourist in a hotel. The location was the best, we were in easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. The restaurants and shops in the area were incredible. There is also a small mini-market right outside the apartment open until 10pm that made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, and toiletries. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony and take a quick stroll to the Trevi Fountain every night! We did! There were no worries about security here, the apartment door has four deadbolts to make you feel safe.

Cool apartment in etage, with two terrace. Located in the middle of Rome with walking distance to several of the "must see" places. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary things you need for your stay.
