What a little gem in the center of Trastevere. With Rome being very walkable, we found it so nice to be able to roam around the historical center only to come back in the afternoon to one of the many excellent restaurants next to La Trasteverina. The apartment itself is charming and well equipped. Thank you Lucia for a short, but unforgettable stay!
Luciaâs place is a great value and just as described. We had a wonderful day. It has everything you need and it is centrally located. Lucia was so generous as to leave snacks and a bottle of wine and juice in the refrigerator and coffee for the morning. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was very comfortable.
We had a very nice experience at this place. The host was very helpful and communicative in addition to very quick responses. The apartment was well prepared with some food and beverages, as well as plenty of kitchen equipment to cook. The location was great as well with many restaurants close by.
Our stay at Trasteverina was amazing! The location couldn't be better and the apartment is truly charming! Lucia, our hostess was so helpful during our stay. Hope to be back here soon!
Everything was nice. Clean, good AC, good bed etc. Lucia was very nice and friendly. Everything went great. The washing machine is very tiny so don't plan on doing too much laundry - if at all, if that matters to you.
A wonderful apartment on a quiet side street for our one-night stay in this vibrant area. Very easy and clear check-in, lovely little amenities like snacks and outlet adapters, nice towels and sheets; AC worked very well on a really hot day! Hosts were lovely, very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly Recommend!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 2nd story walkup in Trastevere. Amazing restaurants and shops at every turn. Apartment was cozy and clean, and most importantly it was quiet, just far enough down the street from the hustle and bustle. Lucia was an awesome host and even booked us a ride to the airport that was literally waiting at our front door. Thank you for hosting us!
We had one night in Trastevere and this apartment was perfect! Close to all the shops and lots of locals which was cool to see. The apartment was very quiet at night even though it was very busy outside. The host was so kind and always available.
The location of the apartment was ideal, on a beautiful little side street in the middle of a vibrant area full of bars and restaurants, though none of the noise from the nightlife could be heard in the apartment. Beautiful place, there was ample space for the 4 of us, the kids slept on the pullout without any complaints, kitchen well stocked, pastries and tart left for breakfast was a nice touch. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We would definitely visit again when in Rome.
Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. Their unit was exactly as expected, very clean and comfortable. They provided everything you could think of to make our stay enjoyable; information on eating establishments, entertainment, food markets, etc. and a wonderful gift basket. Communication with hosts was prompt and Their instructions for access was easy. Would we stay here again - definitely!!
Prefect spot to explore the city. On a quiet side street but close to the great spots in trastevere. Walkable to all major sites. Perfect for a family. Host was great - from communication to stocking a few goodies in the apartment.
The property is located on a quiet street, right next to the hussle and bussle of the popular parts of Trastevere. It is in a quiet building with a dark staircase leading up to the apartment, sometimes creepy at night. However, the apartment itself was beautiful and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Our host was extremely responsive and very helpful. They gave us free prosecco as well as pastries, jams, juice, coffee, and water for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect and so close to all the great food in trastevere and just across the river from all the famous monuments. Highly recommend!!!
An apartment with old world charm, in a building built in the 1500âs. It is located on a very quiet and charming street, away from the hustle and bustle of Trastevere. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, left us snacks and treats, and provided good coffee. We also really appreciated the hot water in the shower, very plentiful! water in the shower. Very plentiful.
Charming apartment perfectly situated in Trastevere. Lucia is a thoughtful host and made everything very easy. She arranged for transportation to/from the airport, and thoughtful extras made me feel very welcome It is a quiet apartment up 2 flights of stairs. The bed is comfy. Occasionally i could faintly hear neighbors but it was never a bother. There is a 6⏠nightly tax pp. Bring cash. Recommend pizza at Dar Poeta and panini at Donkey Puncg
I very much enjoyed this stay in Rome! The location was great, there were more amenities provided than expected. The host was a huge help with offering to set up transportation if needed and lots of recommendations for the area. If I come back to Rome I would definitely stay here again!
What a truly great apartment!
From the time of booking Chiara was great at keeping in touch and offering advice on local restaurants.
We arrived too earlier at the apartment which was our choice to make and although it was not ready until the check-in time we were able to leave our bags there which was great.
Chiara gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat nearby and we took note of those.
I was a little reluctant to book an apartment in Trastevere, as I had read many comments about it being a very noisy district. Although it was busy, it wasnât hectic and it was mainly locals that were there.
The apartment is on a very quiet street and it is beautiful. It was great to come back after a long day and relax in a living area and not just be stuck in one bedroom. We bought some street food one rainy evening and took it back to the apartment and had it with wine and itâs great to be able to feel like youâre a local doing that.
Chiara made a lovely fruit tart and also left milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine which was very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this apartment as it was a perfect day to a perfect long weekend.
I have visited Rome five times and Iâve always stayed in the old town which is very touristy. It was great to stay in an area that was more bohemian and more authentic.
Thank you Chiara you made our stay in Rome very memorable and we hope to return in the future.
