This newly built self-contained triple studio apartment is designed for up to three guests and is a comfortable choice for couples, small families or friends travelling together. It has its own private entrance, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, full kitchen and private garden patio. The split king bed can be arranged as one king or two single beds on request, with an additional single bed in the same open-plan sleeping area.

Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and kettle, together with a dining and work area, air conditioning, Smart TV, fast WiFi and USB charging points. Free parking is available directly outside the apartment, and shared guest laundry facilities are available onsite.

Guests can enjoy our open lawn, gardens, children’s playground and alpaca grounds. A small bag of alpaca feed is provided at check-in. We’re only a few minutes from Mitai Māori Village, ZORB Rotorua, Skyline Rotorua, 3D Trick Art Gallery and Agrodome, and around five minutes from Rotorua town centre.
