The Space:

The Neighborhood:

Top Spot sits in the sought-after Springfield neighbourhood, a quiet, central pocket that makes a great base for exploring Rotorua. It's a short cycle to either entrance of the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest for a day on the mountain bike trails, and Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are just a few minutes away. The city centre, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, is around 9 minutes' drive, with plenty of shops and supermarkets close by.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, with a double garage (and EV charger) plus free parking, though you can cycle to the Redwoods from here. By car, Te Puia is just 4 minutes away, the city centre around 9, the Redwoods about 12, and Rotorua Airport roughly 15. Central Rotorua's restaurants and attractions are all close by.



Other Things to Note:

A few handy things to know: the spa pool is out on the deck, and there's a 7 kW EV charger in the double garage if you're travelling electric. Each bedroom and the lounge has its own air conditioning unit, so you can set the temperature to suit. The three bedrooms share one bathroom, which is worth bearing in mind for a full house.
