« One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10! »

« Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location.
Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner. »

« Comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and well appointed. Bit of vibration from heavy traffic noticeable at night. There are people living below which surprised us but they did not bother us in any way. Yes!! we would stay here again. Very good location and very good value for money we thought. »
