"Bel hĂŽtel, je regrette de n’avoir jamais reçu le coup de tĂ©lĂ©phone pour m’annoncer la disponibilitĂ© de la chambre. Nous y avons eu accĂšs aprĂšs 19.00 Du coup un upgrade nous a Ă©tĂ© offert avec le sourire, mais nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les 25 euros de cadeau Personnel souriant et agrĂ©able et le spa trĂšs cher mais un trĂšs bon service "
