**Please note: The cottage does not have a full kitchen. There is not a freezer, stove, oven, silverware, toaster, or microwave.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire cottage. The outdoor amenities - pool, firepit, pond - are SHARED! The grill and dining courtyard are exclusive to the main house. When both spaces are rented, we ask that you kindly give each other privacy and respect.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next door to the Compound, just 2.5 miles from the center of Round Top!



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting Hostie's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

Must be 25+ years old to book.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $5,000 with an added fee of $79 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



Maximum capacity of each cottage is 5. No additional guests are allowed.



Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the main house, pool area, and firepit for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered.
