« Hello, This hotel is not honest. I reserved for 3 rooms last WE, but during the afternoon I call them to know if they have my reservation and a woman said to me that they can’t find it ! So we continue our travel and to chose another hotel. But I thought it was strange so, for more security, I delate also the same afternoon the reservation in that hotel. But now, several days after, I discover that they took the money for the 3 rooms !! »

« Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile »

« Arrived very late, we thought we would struggle to both check in process but instructions given prior were very simple, the apartment was very clean modern tidy, very good location . The bed was comfortable we had a little kitchen and all that’s needed but we didn’t get to use the facility. »

« Tres bel hôtel plutôt bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres de l’hyper centre de Katowice. Le personnel est agréable et à votre écoute. Les chambres sont propres. L’hôtel est beaucoup plus grand qu’il en a l’air extérieurement. Le seul problème est que la description de l’Appartement Deluxe sur Hotels.com est fausse car elle annonce une salle de bain avec bain à remous mais l’hôtel à deux Appartement Deluxe et un seul a cette option. « Hotel an sich vollkommen ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte. Sehr gut Zentral gelegen. Es ist sauber. Auf unserer Etage war auch eine Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten wenn man sich selbst was kochen möchte, sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber ausreichend. Die Betten sind allerdings sehr schmal. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke in den Zimmern. Vor allem Nachts. Anscheinend hat man an den Fenstern gespart, denn es ist sehr laut. Man hört die Straßenbahn und die lautstarken Menschen die...
