« Great find! Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Parking is a big bonus. One block walk to the beach. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music from RBQ downstairs... that didn’t bother me. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends. »

« The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great! »

« This home is beautiful and spacious. Best location with a water view and sports courts surrounding the property. Lots of amenities and available resources. We absolutely loved staying here, and Nicholas was so helpful and responsive. »

« Property Manager was very kind, and helpful. Check was very smooth, and the house was very clean and items such as dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, kitchen tableware, etc. were provided. I was also able to check in earlier a PLUS. I rate this an overall 10!!!! »

« It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. »

« We had a great experience staying at this property. We have rented for years and we are always looking for certain amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, clean grill, outdoor sitting area, close to the beach. Enjoy! »

« Perfectly housed our family reunion with plenty of space. Great beach access. No problem finding free parking on streets of town. Loved walking the boardwalk and getting to Asbury and neighboring towns without a car. Great large kitchen for feeding group and big front porch to enjoy. »

« Easy walk to the beach and Asbury Park, lovely view of the lake. Comfortable mattress, good coffee, quiet, austere. We came to get some writing done and we were very happy at the Melrose. »
