"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). Dinners were all to be served when we first arrived, but by the third day speed of service increased greatly. We enjoyed the snorkeling day trip offered with a supplemental charge- it was probably one of the highlights from our stay at the resort. The spa is truly a hidden gem, my husband and I went twice because we enjoyed our services so much - with a special shoutout to Tina and her colleagues for such warmth and hospitality! I would definitely recommend Bunga Raya for its location, the laid back atmosphere, the beautiful grounds, great food and its kind staff. Just beware of the sand flies if you’re a beach person (and if insects or mosquitos tend to bite you) !"

"Les hôtesses d’accueil sont exceptionnelles. Réactives. Elles m’ont même proposées de m’aider à distance pour me donner les coordonnées d’un partenaire commercial. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Il manquait peut être pour les occidentaux des croissants et du vrais jus d’orange mais nous avons apprécié les mets malaisien La chambre et surtout le lit sont très confortables. Petit bémol peu de choses à faire autour de l’hôtel "
