The property was clean and appointed well. Only one issue, I started to use one of the bath towels and found several long hairs attached to the towel. Thankfully there were extra towels for me to use.

Check in quick with clerk friendly but efficient. Even called to see if all was satisfactory once we settled into our very clean and room with plenty of built in chargers - a nice touch. Lots of free parking. Quiet room in spite of easy access to the freeway. Definitely would stay here again!

Check in was super fast, everything was immaculate and the front desk gentleman was friendly. The king suite is huge, has lots of space and is VERY clean. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

They really need to work on cleaning, so many spiders on the walls. They were very obvious.

The door for the room I was in was famed from a prior break in. I felt unsafe as a 67 year old widow. The clerk on duty at about 3:30 pm on Sunday night was flipped about my concern. I spent $22.00 on a door stop pole so I could sleep confidently.

This was our third stay in Roseville, first two times at different locations. This was the best one in terms of cleanliness, bright, and light and facilities. The price was very good. The bed was very comfortable, and in fact, I never moved all night, which is very unusual for me. We would be happy to stay here again as we were very comfortable. Also, the location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc..

The adjoining room door locking mechanism was broke so unsafe. They had no staff to repair! They were booked so had to go to another hotel last minute! Cost more dollars for the weekend and not much better! Minimal choices on a tournament weekend!!

Property is in great condition, and for the most part, very clean. Bathroom could stand to be recaulked, as it is bad condition. Some parts look like it might be moldy. Bedding and rest of room was very clean and was completely ready in the evening when we would return to the room.

This was one of the cleanest and neatest property I ever stayed at in the Sacramento or Placer county area. For the price, the quality was good. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. They handled extra requests graciously.

The hotel is easy to find, has excellent parking available, is close to Galleria shopping and close to the venue we were visiting. Staff was friendly, breakfast typical hotel food but served hot and plentiful, room was very clean and well appointed. We could not get the TV to work so instructions would be helpful, but this is where a good book comes in handy. Overall, a very nice stay.

The area is nice, however as we were checking out there was a customer who had gone out to his car and his windshield was busted and he said a bag was taken. The employee at the front desk was like a robot and offered to call the non emergency line for the police, but that's all. I think he could have be more empathetic to the situation. I think they should have security in the parking lot at night since the hotel is rt off of a busy street and half of the parking lot has a lot of trees where people could hide.
