First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if you did. The bedding was soiled. The pans in the kitchen do not exist. Some rooms had curtains others did not and the ones that did are see thru and were falling down. The living room facing the street we did not use due to everyone being able to see in. If you do stay bring own pans and sheets. There are sticks used to make sure that the slider and windows are locked securely.This place needs some major TLC and it would be a great place. Overall not worth the price for all that you need to bring to make your stay comfortable compared to other places I have stayed.
