The property offers expansive views from Jessup’s neck to Long Beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Boats and other watercraft can be rented from the neighborhood marina. Read and relax on the beachfront patio or dine on the deck facing the bay.

Great Italian, Seafood, and Steakhouse Restaurants, a marina, liquor store, grocery, deli, salon and famous Trout Pond are less than a 3 minute drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk. The town of Sag Harbor village is 5-10 minutes away. Bridgehampton and the Long Island Railroad are 15 minutes.
