Pros: Quiet, safe location; dog friendly with almost fully fenced front yard; new kitchen; clean towels and linen; plenty of free TV channels. Cons: Beds have sharp edges, they are too big for small rooms; bed placement odd, needed to step on beds to open windows; backyard could use some TLC; BBQ in desperate need of replacement. Suggest installing a keyless entry system."

"Great time at this casa! Beautiful backyard and pool, split level with master on main floor. Great communication with owner. Only issue was master bathroom shower door on backwards, so if a bigger person might have an issue getting in."

"Easy to get in and out of and the location is a 2 blocks from Arizona stadium. I had to take care of my folks who are in Sam Hughes which is right there. Very utilitarian and comfortable. I would stay again!"

Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!"
