Adventure begins right across the street, with access to approximately 60 miles of snowmobile and ATV trails. Bring your own machines or take advantage of local snowmobile rentals and spend the day exploring Northern Maine.

The area is also a paradise for hunting and fishing, with abundant wildlife and miles of forests, rivers, and wilderness to explore. Keep your eyes open—you never know what kind of Maine wildlife you may see during your stay.

In winter, you’ll find skiing nearby, approximately 15 minutes away, with ski lessons available in the area. Cross into Canada for even more adventure—within about 45 minutes, you can reach a larger mountain recreation area offering activities such as skiing, snow tubing, and other winter fun.

The Canadian border crossing is only about 15 minutes from the house, making this a unique location for guests who want to experience both Northern Maine and nearby Canada during their trip.
