The Space:

627 Newhaven is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located in the Newhaven community on the north end of Fripp Island. With ocean views from the main living area and outdoor deck, this two-story condo offers plenty of space for up to six guests and easy access to nearby resort amenities.



The main living area is open and bright, with large windows overlooking the ocean. The living room includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Just off the living area, step outside onto the private deck with seating overlooking the water—a great spot for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.



The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and opens directly into the dining and living areas. The dining table provides seating for the group, making the main floor an easy space for everyone to spend time together.



Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms, giving couples or family members their own space. The condo also includes a half bathroom off the main living area. With two king bedrooms and the queen sleeper sofa, the home can accommodate up to six guests.



The Newhaven community is located along the shoreline at the northern end of Fripp Island, next to Ocean Point Golf Course. Guests have access to the community's landscaped courtyard and grilling area, and the Ocean Point area is just a short walk away. Beach access in this area varies with the tide, while the condo's waterfront location provides open ocean views throughout the day.



Up to six Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many of the Resort's amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The condo is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. For groceries and additional supplies during your stay, Springtide Market & Deli is located near the entrance to the island.

Also included in your rental are up to 6 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
