On the first floor, you’ll find a lovely 45m² living area with a sitting area featuring a wood-pellet stove (pellets not provided) and a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. There is also a south-facing covered terrace.
A sleeping area comprising a bedroom with a bed (160x200), a shower room and a separate toilet.

Finally, on the top floor, you’ll find a panoramic lounge with a TV and a magnificent view of the sea, as well as the final bedroom with a double bed (140x190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to provide the following additional items: a high chair, a cot, an iron and an ironing board.

Designed as genuine living spaces, the outdoor areas at Villa Calypso will allow you to make the most of sunny days.

In addition to the covered terrace adjoining the living area, you’ll enjoy a large 60 m² south-west-facing wooden terrace, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends, sunbathing or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

The property also features a lovely, fully enclosed lawned garden, perfect for children or for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Lunaire, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars. Everything is within walking distance of the house.
Nearby you’ll find several beaches, including the Grande Plage du Bourg and Longchamp Beach, as well as the market hall just 300 metres away (on foot).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park outside the house (1 private parking space); there are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby.
