« First let me be clear. Larkin is an angel. Second the pictures just don’t do this place justice. Talk about amazing. Super spacious super private super euphoric. If you’re into nature this better be on your list. We didn’t need a single thing. Unfortunately we didn’t utilize the property because we were there for a weekend but I promise you this we will be back to enjoy the property. Larkin from the entire group we thank you for allowing us to use your place I only hope we make it back soon. »

« Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to downtown and airport. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby too. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6. The basement area with TV and game area was especially nice for the kids. »

« This property is a wonderful place to stay if looking for beautiful sun rises and sunsets, beautiful views, and quiet, peaceful surroundings. The home was spacious and wonderful. We loved the central room, containing a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room (open floor plan). This room allowed everyone to be together and enjoy home cooked meals and lively conversation. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the river, barbecuing, and spending quality family time together. »

« Comfortable beds, plenty of room to stretch out & enjoy each other’s company, reading on the sunporch, water balloons on the lawn, fishing and kite flying on the dock, a visit to Fossil Beach ( the littles went home with three shark teeth), early morning walks at the wildlife preserve, and a lovely celebratory dinner at 1710 Tavern. A wonderful week with family! Thanks so much for allowing us to experience such a beautiful place! »

« Went to VA with our family(from Boston area) for a mini family reunion in the Tappahannock/Warsaw area. Stay @ Rapp was a great location. For exercise, we walked to the beach or used the golf cart on occasion. Community was welcoming and friendly. Neighbor next door was extremely helpful. House was clean and was as the pictures represented. We would stay again. »

"Cet hĂŽtel est rĂ©novĂ© et sans tapis, un plus pour moi. C’était trĂšs propre, mais il y avait une odeur de fumĂ©e de cigarette, surtout dans la salle de bain. Probablement, que des anciens clients y ont fumĂ©. Sinon, trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix. En plus, les employĂ©s sont trĂšs sympathiques."
