« The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. »

« This is a wonderful resort to stay at. The room was very clean, love the privacy and beautiful grounds. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant had delicious food. Literally the only issue we had was that our TV donât work in our room, but didnât complain as we didnât need it much anyway. Great place to stay. »

« Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc..
The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we...
