« Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. « We had the most lovely time at this property. Steps from the beach and very short walk to the pool. Perfect location and beautiful interior! We especially loved having meals outside on the patio, watching the beach scenes unfold and also stargazing at night. We had everything we needed here for the best stay! We hope to return. :) »

« The description said 1 queen bed and 1 futon. There was not a futon, it was an air mattress instead. Would not have booked if we knew it was an air mattress and at that price point, that was not appealing. »

« Very nice, perfect location and wonderful falling asleep to the ocean if you are lucky enough to have a cool breezy night. The place could use some updated ammenities like nicer towels, more kitchen supplies like dish towels and more paper towels. The beach chairs could use replacing. Other than that it’s perfect and the location is unbeatable. »
