„All went super well and uncomplicated. Although Tracy could not receive us due to a family urgency she had someone waiting for us to hand over the keys and explain everything. The house is huge and because we were only five we had a lot of room and each of us could withdraw and do his / her own thing if needed. The many bathrooms were a peace guarantee! Our toy poodle Lorenzo enjoyed the huge garden. It must have felt like he had entire France for himself. We had Tracy’s chef, Marc, come twice ...

Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyés, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs années. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats préparés pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. Tuyau du gaz périmé depuis 2020, store électrique dégueulasse, nous avons utilisé le parasol neuf. Dommage car l'endroit, la maison, piscine, ...

The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again.“

„We were a family of four, but all adults. It was a perfect location for a short walk to two great local restaurants and nearby chateau. It was a perfect location for exploring the area. We were met by the owners on arrival who were warm and welcoming, they had messaged beforehand and made communication really easy. The space is a small house on its own property in the little village of Loubès-Bernac and was ideal for us. Great spot to jump off from to explore this wonderful part of France. „We hebben genoten. Het huis was zo compleet dat we te veel aan bagage hadden mee genomen. Tip voor de verhuurder: vertel hoe compleet het huis is en welke benodigdheden allemaal aanwezig zijn. Het huis is schoon, ruim en omgeven door een prachtige onderhouden tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Op loopafstand van het historisch centrum van Bergerac met leuke winkels, restaurants, bar en terrasjes...“

The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families.“

The location is idyllic, the views incredible and everything is in easy reach with plenty to do for the whole family. Duras and Monsegur well worth a visit, especially on market day or night. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for.
