« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out
It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout
They found us a room and showed us the way
Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay
The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile
It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile
We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings
It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting

« This place was clean. Bed was comfortable and parking was sufficient. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is great, the main reason we booked here, that and the free breakfast. Elevator seemed "sticky" not a smooth unnoticeable ride but overall fine.
Breakfast was lackluster....I'm surprised by the positive reviews on breakfast. No pastries, no fruit. Only thing that tasted good was the waffles. Eggs were bland but edible, the sausage was grey in color, looked very unappetizing, they should...

« Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I wouldâve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. »

« We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, clean and loved the location. Awesome breakfast selections but they can improve the coffee,too weak! Lol!

« We found that the elevator frightened us each time we used it. Shaking and grinding sounds need an immediate inspection.
We observed people who did not have keys waiting outside the pool to gain entrance as we left. Staff security could be improved.
Tell us where you are remodeling. A search of all floors Wes needed to find vending machines. »
