  • Open space modern studio attached to our house. Everything is brand new and features a shower with a toilet, a queen mattress bedroom, kitchenette ( stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils), dining space, a TV. Great views of the Salt Lake Valley.
    The studio is just for yourself with everything you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable and private.
    The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything:
    Salt Lake City Airport- 15 minutes
    Downtown- 15 minutes
    Closest grocery store - 3 minutes
    Closest hospital- 6 minutes
    Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes..
    Please no smokers..
    Pets are $35 one time fee per pet..

Great place for one night with just my baby and I. Its pretty small but was just what we needed. The room gets pretty humid with the ac running plus showering but nothing an open window couldn’t fix.

Ozzye’s place was perfect for what I needed for the week. The home was spotless and reasonably priced. Ozzye was a great host. He offered local recommendations of places to eat and the best ways of travel to get to places that I needed to go. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Utah.

Ozzey is a wonderful host, but the property is best for one person. I had to crawl over my husband to get to the bathroom during the night. The property was clean and Ozzey was very accommodating...the only down side was that this property is not set up for 2 guests.

Although the studio was small it was sufficient for one or two people on a budget. It was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback was there was no privacy during bathroom use if two people shared the apartment. Due to the compact design of the bathroom, there was no way to install a permanent door. However, some type of curtain could be installed that would alienate this drawback. Overall I would give this rental a 4 and 3/4 rating.

Basic, but very functional

The property and location served my purposes well. The bed was extremely comfortable. I could walk to the temple and to Holbrook Canyon. Ozzie was easy to communicate with before and at the time of arrival. The location is not close to a grocery store or other services, but with a vehicle, those are easily accessed.

If you can see that i didnt stay there stop spamming me to write a review. We did not stay as there was a booking conflict. Owner got in immediate contact and refunds processed in a timely manner.

Great views!!!

I would recommend this cute studio place. The bed was comfortable. There was a space heater so I could control the temp of the place. The place has a ceiling fan, which I actually used at the end of October. The kitchenette was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and I felt completely safe. The view from the front yard of the home was amazing. I was within 5 minutes of Natural Grocers. The only downside was...the studio is attached to someone's home. I went to bed at 8PM as I had an early morning the following day and I was still being awakened at 9:50PM by whatever was going on in the home. I kindly reached out to the owner and the house quieted. If I wasn't "that" person that likes to go to bed early, there wouldn't have been any issues.
