Getting around is easy from this location. You’re just minutes from the entrance to Little Cottonwood Canyon, making the drive to Snowbird and Alta quick and straightforward. Solitude and Brighton are also an easy hop over the ridge.

For winter stays, 4WD or winter tires are strongly recommended, as canyon conditions can change fast.

The UTA Ski Bus is also available nearby—just a 5-minute drive to the Walgreens stop, giving your group an easy alternative on storm days or peak weekends.

Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though availability can vary during weather or high traffic periods.

Occupancy Policy:
All guests, including infants and children, must be included in the reservation. Infants and children count toward the maximum occupancy and any applicable extra guest fees. Reservations may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Where applicable, the additional guest fee is $50 per guest, per night.

Quiet Hours:
To keep the neighborhood peaceful, quiet hours are 9pm–8am. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm canyon environment.

Pet Policy:
We’re pet-friendly with written approval only. Please reach out before booking if you're bringing a pet. (Puppies are typically not approved.)

Bedroom Flexibility:
