Things to note

This older home has classic charm and some quirks, like sensitive plumbing. Please be mindful.

Only one bathroom, so larger groups may need to coordinate showers.

The remodeled basement has lower ceilings, which are comfortable for most, but taller guests should note this. This is an older home with character. Guests describe it as “vintage, but super well maintained.”

The property has central air and heat, but please adjust the thermostat for energy efficiency when you are away for extended periods.

Whether you’re here for powder days, a family getaway, business travel, or peace, the Sugar House Urban Escape is set up to make you feel at home. Guests keep saying they wish they could have stayed longer—come see why!
