Pamela was not only a great and proactive communicator, she helped us make ourselves feel at home; including ordering us a fan to help...

« It was a little tough to find the place, but once I did the stay was great. The owner lives in a new house on the lake and rents out the bottom floor to guests. James was very helpful in getting me settled. Everything is new and up to date. The place is a couple miles outside Oughterard village so you probably need a car to best enjoy the place »

« Clean, spacious, and a short walk into all the best Galway has to offer. Mgmt was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which is always appreciated. Review would be higher if the check-in instructions had been clearer (written instructions are always preferred to unclear YouTube videos), mattresses had been more comfortable, and the wifi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher hadn't all been out of order. Mgmt was responsive about wifi issues but unable to resolve before our stay ended. »

« The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. »

« Super convenient location right across from the train and bus station and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and town center where the tour buses pick you up. I would suggest being more clear in the description that this is not a hotel, but student housing that is temporarily empty for the summer break. »

« Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist klassisch und einfach eingerichtet. Allerdings für 5 Leute etwas zu kleine Töpfe. Wir mussten sehr improvisieren. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche unten war etwas schwach, oben gibt es einen Druckverstärker.Top Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und super Pubs fußläufig erreichbar sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Badestrand ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt sogar einen Outdoor Fitness Parcours. Top Lager »
