Enter on the ground level, where the spacious game room will provide hours of fun with a pool table, as well as TV and wet bar complete with full refrigerator, and a half bath. From here is access out to the covered deck with steps down to the spacious pool area. Lounge and work on your tan on the pool deck before taking a dip in the pool, with heat available. Take a soothing soak in the hot tub and listen to the music of the ocean in the distance. A convenient outside shower is just inside the carport area off the pool deck.

Four bedrooms are on the middle level and all have access to a covered deck. A bedroom with two bunk sets and a queen bedroom, share a hallway full bathroom. Two king en suite bedrooms, one with shower stall in the private bath, are also on this level, along with the laundry area off the hall.

An additional king en suite bedroom is upstairs, along with a convenient half bathroom. Spend quality time together in the open living and dining area with breakfast bar and adjacent kitchen. Take in the breeze while watching the sunrise from the large sundeck with horizon ocean views. And enjoy the sunset from the soundside deck. Take the stairs up to the loft level, a perfect space to curl up with a good book or just some quiet time. Step out on the observation deck for panoramic views ocean to sound.

The community boardwalk is just a few houses down where a sand path will lead you over the dunes to the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants will keep your crew well entertained.
