Hotel Lacs de Salzbourg

"DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."

"The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere. The shower were a little small and the "sun tanning" option in the shower wasn't working (the system was taking a lot of place in the shower, so I said to myself, might as well try it), but otherwise, warm and charming house. The site was great and a lit of activity were disponible. However, good thing we had a car because it would have been very difficult (and quite a long ride) to go from the site to Hallstatt, the distance is something to consider! "
