« This place is amazing! We had a family reunion there for 12 people and it fits perfectly! Staffs are very nice and serve breakfast every day, breakfast was delicious and variety. Clean rooms, come with amenities. And before we leave, the owner gave us some gifts which very heartwarming. Very satisfied »

« Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping. »

« Bed was hard as rock. Master Bedroom did not have blackout curtains and the sun woke us up every morning at 5 am. There was mold on the curtains in the master bedroom the hot water shut off on day one of a 3 day stay. The bath towels smelled like someone pissed in them. Mold growing on the shower walls. Good quiet area, Pool was heated, Close to some tourist attractions »

« Great villa, nice pool, fantastic staff. Everyone was very helpful. We could go all over Pattaya with Grab. And we spent a lot of time relaxing in the villa. One thing to note - to go to the beach from the villa, you have to walk through the hotel parking lot or lobby. And the single negative - the amount of plastic waste we generated, especially with water bottles. Would request the management to put in a water purifier. Otherwise, a great holiday. »
