„Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist soweit gut ausgestattet, das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren Gewürzen wie Salz, Zucker usw. Ansonsten eine perfekte Lage um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Direkt am Haus gibt es schöne Wege zum joggen oder wandern (es geht allerdings bergauf und ab). Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe (ca. 8x4m). Der Vermieter ist super nett und gut zu erreichen.“

„We absolutely loved Villa Kalograta. We had stayed in Fiscardo on 2 previous occasions and really preferred being out of town in a more rural, tranquil setting. „Our family really enjoyed our time here. We were only a quick 8 minute drive to Agia Effimia which has everything you could want to shop for food and quaint Tavernas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can rent boats, mopeds and bikes nearby. The house was fully equipped and the manager was great and very responsive. „We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. „Our family of 4 spent a week here. It is just perfect. Beautiful views, gorgeous house with super comfy beds and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was so lovely on the hot days of August. There’s a nice breeze most of the time bc the house is up high. You do need a car here and the directions given by the host were very accurate. „Alles super bis auf völlig alte, verschlissene und teilweise schmutzige Bettdecken. Klobürsten ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. In der Küche speziell die Pfannen völlig zerkratzt und nicht mehr brauchbar. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist nicht wirklich zu nutzen (zu weit, zu steil). Das Haus ist auch nicht wirklich neu sondern nur neu renoviert. Es wäre sehr einfache diese Mängel abzustellen, vor allem bei diesem hohen Preis. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.“

Beautiful villa with fantastic view and great facilities!
"We have rented the house for holidays with my husband, kids (2 kids who are 1 and 3) and 6 other friends. It was perfect and exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. Only 6 minutes from Fiskardo with the car and super close from beaches. You are like in a green oasis in the villa with a beautiful view which makes it hard to leave the place. The villa itself is really well equipped and had everything you need and more. We could also make a BBQ. Finally, the administration is amazing. Vassiliki and her cousin are extremely friendly and very helpful. All in all this is a great place we really recommend!!"
