« Tres bonne expérience, rapport qualité prix imbattable et piscine géante top »

« I really wanted to love this property because it was close to a wedding we were attending, and the room itself was spacious and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that somehow the booking had been made through Expedia, but they didn’t know how it was allowed, and we were made to feel like our reservation was extremely inconvenient. We were told they “had to upgrade” us, but the “upgraded” room was the exact room in the...

« The property is quaint and on a beautiful, gated golf estate. They serve a wonderful breakfast and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I loved my stay and think they offer a great value. Rooms could use USB or C Type plugs for cellphones. There is no elevator so if stairs are an issue for you this isn't your place. For me, it was the perfect place to stay. »

« Clean, welcoming and everything you need »

« Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...

« This is our 3rd time to stay at the Rasmus and the 2nd in this room. We enjoy going for a getaway as a couple. »

« Spotless Room, Mary - Jane + Security (Staff) - Value for money Restaurant tasty meals, Comfortable rooms and amenities »

« Tha staff was very helpful and friendly The room is excellent »

« Bel espace, et fonctionnel »

« Wonderful place, spotless, convenient with warm welcome. »

« L'hôtel demande quelques réfections à certains endroits. La chambre est très confortable mais il y a des odeurs nauséabondes d'égout devant notre chambre... et qui s'infiltre a l'intérieur. Le restaurant se veut gastronomique (avec des portions riquiqui) et des prix beaucoup plus chers qu'ailleurs. Cependant, le service est loin d'être à la hauteur. L'endroit est sécurisé. La piscine est très propre et nous avons pu y prendre notre verre de vin ! Très bien. »

« We were very happy with our accommodation. I shared with Thomas the only improvement I suggested was an extra one or two fluro lights down stairs as it was dim especially at nighttime which he said he would get done. »

« Chambre tout à fait correcte pour une nuit. Le buffet est varié mais un peu bruyant. Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain signalée à l'hôtel qui nous a installé un appareil désodorisant. »
